Linda Veleckis Nussbaum

Linda Veleckis-Nussbaum, violinist, has performed as a soloist, chamber and orchestral musician throughout the U.S. and Europe. As a chamber musician, she has concertized and conducted master classes with the Cadenza and Projecto Quattro String Quartets and the Julian Piano Quartet. Each summer she coaches chamber music for groups of varying ages and abilities at the Southern Illinois and Eureka College festivals. Orchestrally, she has performed with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Lyric Opera Orchestra, Chicago Sinfonietta, Elgin Symphony, New Philharmonic and currently serves as principal second violin with both the Illinois Philharmonic and the Heartland Festival Orchestras. She is a dedicated teacher and Director of Orchestras in Orland Park.
