Lisa Boggess

Lisa Boggess, harp, was the winner of the 2007 International New Century Harp Competition for composition. She is a free-lance performer and teacher based in the western suburbs. She holds degrees from Indiana and Valparaiso Universities where she studied harp, piano, and organ. In addition to playing at numerous church, corporate, and private events, Lisa has appeared with the Illinois Valley and West Suburban Symphonies, the Oak Park Children’s Chorus, and Downers Grove Choral Society. She has released two CDs of her own harp and piano compositions entitled Lakeshore Escape and Full Circle.
